Hammondsport Central School is a very special place characterized by high expectations, professional faculty and staff, and a student centered culture. I started my administrative career in 2002 serving the Glenn Curtiss Elementary School as principal. I began as Superintendent in Hammondsport in July 2008 and have been honored to serve this District and community in that role ever since. At Hammondsport, we work very hard on a daily basis to create a school environment where our staff wants to work and where our students want to learn. We embrace the rich history of Hammondsport as the 'birthplace of Naval aviation' and our role as an agricultural center in the Finger Lakes region. We pride ourselves in making sure our students are welcomed, challenged, accepted and cared for. We embrace our role in educating the whole child and preparing the next generation.
